I wonder how the science lover types deal with this very inconvenient fact other than saying these men were products of their time, which certainly would not prevent them from being conservative and religious if they were around today.

"Science found that atheists are smarter than believers."

It just sheds light on the midwit phenomenon. He is quite above the average in terms of IQ, but not so high as to comprehend the entire scope of religion and belief, so he gets stuck in overanalyses and deconstructions of low-resolution concepts like Sky Daddy.

The geniuses, however, were almost entirely comprised of believers. A few examples:
  • Werner Heisenberg;
  • Max Planck;
  • Michael Faraday
  • Louis Pasteur;
  • Isaac Newton;
  • Galileo Galilei;
  • Francis Bacon.
Contrast these men with the popular scientists of this century like Stephen Hawking and Neil deGrasse Tyson, both of whom shared liberal and atheistic views.

Not to wax theological, since I am skeptical about religion, but atheism only brings hedonism, nihilism, moral relativism, antinatalism, spiritual emptiness and existential crisis. There has be to a religious base in society, otherwise it crumbles.

Gaytheists pretend to be enlightened rational scientific thinkers while ignoring the sociological and psychological benefits of religion.

Notice how all these people were from times when 99.99% of people were religious. They were just following the crowd bro.
