Just had the splint removed on my revision rhinoplasty last week and my nose is still upturned and feminine.

I've wasted $20K on this fucking pointless persuit total (First rhino removed my dorsal hump but left the tip alone so I sought out a revision to bring my tip down and derotate my nose). I'm so fucking angry right now I can barely cope, you waste all your years studying to eventually get a well paid position only for the retarded surgeons to botch you on the actual day. He even measured my nasolabial angle on the consultation and confirmed that it was well in excess for a "masculine look" and told me he would derotate my nose but that this would have the side effect of lengthening my philtrum. I told him I agreed as he is a well respected specialist in the field (not going to name him until my follow up appointment depending on the outcome)


TLR - Moneymaxxing to eventually surgerymaxx is a cope, you will be in your 30's by the time you can actually afford all the operations and at best you will get single mothers or washed up whores. There also isn't a single guarantee you don't end up bogged

It's dangerous in the sense that it can easily be overdone, and once the result isn't the expected it's very hard to fix, with every extra surgery making it harder
