Rather than committing to massive surgeries to fit some kind of male model look, I'm wondering if anyone has approached surgery towards things that make them look better, but only in ways which you might be able to justify for additional side-benefits other than looking nice.

For example: if a fat guy gets liposuction, he isn't just more attractive, but he would also have a better muscle:weight ratio allowing him to move around with greater ease, and probably higher life expectation since his fat cells wouldn't be producing bad hormones, etc.

One aspect of this that I'm thinking about is removing protruding moles. I find them painful as they chafe (much like fat does) with movement, so I see their removal not just as a way to look better, but also having the personal benefits of being able to move around (or massage sore areas) with less pain.

I think this approach would be good for non-surgical improvements too. Like with muscle for example: I find it hard to be motivated to work out just to look better to women, as there's still no guarantee of it resulting in something. But if I can ID with the importance of a muscle, and how the movements it allows enhance my freedom, THAT added effect is ultimately more motivating, I think.

Being attractive has countless side-benefits. You are literally ubermensch in eyes of people.

True, for employment and stuff. I sort of mean in the sense of "factors other than people liking how you look", I guess? Because that whole factor is sickening.

In my case, I have moles in places you wouldn't see in casual everyday, so even though their removal would improve my chances of not repelling a woman when she sees me undressed, it wouldn't change getting there in the first place or in everyday social situations, except perhaps through improving my confidence and mobility.

i'm thinking about getting surgery for hyperhydrosis. I sweat way too much even during the cold, I'm in my 20s but my hands will start sweating worse than a preteen's while talking to a girl. While this would only increase my smv by maybe +0.0001 by making me less of a defect, it's mostly just side affects like not sweating while writing or playing games or shit. It gets annoying to wipe my hands before i shake someone's hands or hand them an object.
