I have seen so many before and after photos of people ascending through surgery I simply can't believe that ascending through surgery is pipedream.
Plus it seems nowadays there is Surgery for everything, temopral implants, lower eyelid retraction, wraparound jaw implants have been around for quite a while now and have been perfected at this point same goes for zygo implants.

Im new with implants. Time made me desperate. I'm not a fan of them but for many jaw surgery is off the table anyways.
You need a responsible surgeon with a good. Reputation. There are ppl who look very unnatural after.

Implants aren't like orthognatic surgery. You don't need to spend weeks in that country Flights and stays are cheap. Let the wounds heal there though or you need to pay a house worth for a surgeon cleaning out the wound in the US in case of infection or get a special insurance for trips. Just don't go to a shit hole country or you pay twice or thrice afterwards.Fuck its over

Yes there are only some surgeons that can do implants properly, like Eppley or yaremchuk.
The debate about implant material is complicated and confusing. Some say it's implant design that matter and some say it's the material which will influence your result ( blocky vs sharp look ). I have seen before and after of silicone implants giving a sharp look, but medpor or peek on average give usually a sharp look but they come with their own disadvantages.
Some surgeons like Eppley swear by silicone and others like yaremchuk prefers medpor ( although for wraparound even he uses silicon if I am right ).

Unless he has a total failo eye area which wouldn't exist in his facial phenotype experience wise. He ascended good.
The simple cure for a small skull is growing your hair out. That guy can wear any hairstyle with that lower third

Yeah okay I will admit it did make quite a difference in said area, although he still looks narrow considering the angle the photo is taken in.
The bottleneck problem he has is a sloping extremely subhuman forehead and narrow skull at eye level, which pretty much guarantees his eye area is also completely shit. Look at the lack of brow ridge and thin brow, also what is there to be seen below just above the censor bar indicates full on subhumanity to me, ngl. There is no coping with that forehead, no hair style can make up for that, and he also has glasses. It's still over for him I'm pretty sure, sadly.
Point taken about the specific surgery, but I was just reacting to the Chadlite claims.
