Surgery can work for East Asian guys. That's how a lot of kpop East Asian guys are ascending.
But there is no easy surgery for Indian guys when it's their skin tone, skin odor and lanky frame that holds them back the most.

tbh more often than not surgery backfires horribly. There are many examples of male celebs that get surgery at an older age and end up looking really weird and like old foids with excessive botox applications.

There was a guy on braincels who posted his surgery results and he 100% got better looking, like at least Chad lite tier. Though I think he got lucky since his jaw was the main issue and that is a trait where you can get a surgery to fix it. I wish I saved the pics since they are gone now.

If surgery worked, you wouldn't need to look back to one example on braincels. With 3 billion people on social media you'd be able to find examples easily.
