I sit at a bench at the park for most of my day starting from 7 am so I thought why not sungaze since I have nothing better to do.
Sungazing is when you stare directly into the sun , your eyes should instinctively squint the perfect amount, it helps your circadian rythm and supposedly even eyesight. You should only do it during the early sunrise and late sunset as noon sunlight will be too strong and damage your eyesight.
My vision is already perfect so I thought if I go a little blind falling for a silly practice I won't be that distraught, and I wouldn't tell anyone so I wouldn't be embarrassed about it either.
I have blue eyes, but my pupils have always been extremely dilated, giving my eyes a corpse like appearance. They have always made me look very goofy.
After sungazing for a few weeks now, they are a lot less dilated, and a lot more lively and piercing. My relatives have been complementing my eyes though they probably can't tell how they're different. It's a far cry from a woman giving me a compliment but hey it's something, they would never compliment them before.
Note: There is 0 science behind this, I simply experimented on myself because I am very very bored. You might not get any results, but I think I did so I thought I'd share.
