They're surrounded at work by average looking men. That's it.
People in general (and foids more so) associate looks with intelligence and skill, they see a bunch of mid to ugly guys, and think they somehow got they by the virtue of having a dick. Looking around at my workplace and past workplaces, few guys were chadtier, most are mid, a lot of older (50+) guys, with some incel-y types; this is hell to most foids, who, again, associate looks with competence.
Also keep in mind that mids think that they're 10s, so most foids don't consider themselves ugly. They feel like they're 10s surrounded by ugly to mid looking guys.
A workplace full of guys who are 6 ft tall and over and with 8+ faces will garner zero complaints of male privilege from foids.
