Usually there is no autopsy if an old boomer is found dead in is bed with his mouth wide open, they will just put natural cause as the cause of death.

I have heard that you should wrap the pillow into a plastic bag before using it, because one way they can prove it is if they find pillow fibers in the lungs.

who woulda thought it... unironically though, I do wonder what could have caused this? an economic boom in their youth leading them to take wealth for granted? becoming more individualistic in an increasingly secular, post war world?
