Turns out(ye we always knew) that women cares more about what's socially acceptable and keeping up with trend than actual politics when it comes to voting. Women are never revolutionaries, but once something is normalized they will flock to it.
I guess it's not limited to politics either, they seem to be hive minded and follow fashion rather than reason, the hallmark of NPCness. If someone is bullied and unpopular women will not like him just because others seem to dislike him.
