I didn't say they have the same sex drive as men, I said that thinking that they aren't sexual at all or have very low sex drives is far more of a thing a guy who can't get any would say to cope rather than something a good-looking guy with whom women routinely are very sexual would ever do.

In terms of what you brought up, I'd say there likely is some difference in the averages, but there's probably a lot of overlap, something like the average woman being as sexually inclined as the 30th percentile man, for example.
