i have retired fish now... was eating canned mackerel everyday for a little while... became too expensive and the tins are burdensome, so have gone back to chicken, yes...

that would be nice, haha... my diet is restrictive and thus cheap, though prices have been increasing with inflation... i desire to only eat foods i actually want to, yes... no matter how few foods that may be...

i purchase frozen chicken and frozen vegetables, yes... of course, they are cooked before consumption, haha... the only thing in my pantry realistically would be rice... many bags of rice... basmati and long grain... both have become more expensive, though still cheap for me...
