I'm against both tubal ligation and vasectomies - both should be banned, but it we're going to split hairs, I think vasectomies are better. Sometimes people have been given incentives to get vasectomies. Here's why there should be more vasectomies: Most women want children and therefore they wouldn't want to marry a man who has a vasectomy. Therefore men getting vasectomies reduces competition for women who want to raise children. Tubal ligation should still be illegal because we want women to reproduce. Indeed, the percentage of men who get vasectomies should be at least in the double digits. Of course, this would benefit men who want children. Now, we live in a feminist system where there's more tubal ligations than vasectomies. This benefits women who want children because there's less competition for men who want children. Tubal ligation reversal should be free and even incentivized. Some inmates have given reduced sentences to get vasectomies. This is a good idea. Also, women should be given reduced sentences to reverse their tubal ligations. In fact, there should perhaps even be something like baby bonuses(financial incentives) for women who revese their tubal ligations. There should also be something like baby bonuses given to men who sterilize themselves. These ideas would be like living in a country with a high female-to-male sex ratio. There's many ways to increase the ratio, and they can all be the law simultaneously.
