Starvemaxxing is brutal but kinda enjoy the torture. But if I would get medical injections I probably will lose weight even more faster and It will be less brutal.

You mean shit like Ompenzic or whatever it's called? I don't think that's legal in Germany because it's diabetes medication and they usually don't hand out stuff like that for weight loss.
I'd like to try it, but I've seen how people look like skeletons with floppy skin afterwards. I think the natural way is the best.

Yess, those meds. In private clinics they do descibe those meds to lose weight. Indeed if you lose weight to fast you have another problem
Not too bad. Maybe stomach ache and mild nausea when getting used to it. Your appetite will go way down, so don’t try to force yourself to over eat. When you are satisfied then stop eating.
