So far only gynaecomastia (bitch tits) removal, this was really hurting me mentally since puberty. I'm still on the edge for facial plastic surgery, because I don't know how much of an improvement it will merit me (hence the sarcastic thread). Really liked the results from my plastic surgeon, and apparently he has very good reviews on all his facial plastic surgeries too. Just not sure what to prioritize first - I think the eyes are the most important and I really really want more hooded eyes. I haven't read much yet into these types of facial surgeries. When it comes down to it i'm going to fully read into it like I did with my gyno surgery to see what's possible. Need to have realistic expectations, cba wasting money if it's not gonna improve shit. Seeing what that Amnesia guy accomplished from the Looksmaxx.me threads gives me some hope.
Also time is a constraint, I am 24 now and I think it's pointless to looksmaxx after ~35, cause ideally you want to be settled down by then and have kids and a family. But the sooner the better, I think motivation will drop exponentially after you hit your 30s. In the end all I want is a family with kids and a looksmatched wife who isn't completely repulsive to me (ie is not a lazy landwhale or deformed), which I believe I can attain. Ideally I'd like to improve my looks to a 6 with surgery, but whether this will be achievable idk... Son of my mother's friend got his first gf (6/10 looks) at 35 and he got a kid with her at 37, so I'm setting that as the bare maximum until I consider it "too late". He's a 4/10 in terms of looks (just like me), so he got a bit lucky with her. However, he is smart and a rich medical doctor so he's got that going for him. If it weren't for the latter he'd 100% be rotting like a lot of oldcels here.

well tbh gyno surgery is not really the kind of procedure that will change your life and how people treat you but is still a must do if you have the issue nevertheless
I also don't think it's worth looksmaxxing at an older age so you should do what you can as soon as possible. Eye area is a good one if you're not very subhuman in other areas like jaw or chin. I'm definitely getting lasik and almond eyes+ptosis correction surgery in the future if I can get the bucks.

ohh yeah good one actually, I definitely want to fix my near near-sightedness someday as well. However it's not the most pressing issue rn, contacts haven't been too much of a hassle for me. Gonna try blue contacts once soon, just to gauge how much of a difference eye color can really make. Eye shape is still the most crucial, but hey it's worth a shot if it can improve your looks even by 0.1 points. Blue on brown may give a weird unnatural color, but the Amnesia guy did it and it looked pretty good on him.
