I got it covered by insurance mostly becuase I said they hurt but I still had a 50 dollar co pay
Surgery is the only proven, tested way that former incels have consistently ascended with. It is a true cope to strive for that can greatly affect how you are treated in life and increase your odds greatly of ascension.
Scar gel didn't do much for me, hope you'll be luckier.
