I am a huge Bethesda fanboy. Starfield had a mixed reception, but I still liked it a lot. Played like 150 hours of it, did pretty much all the quests in the game. Starfield has serious, fundamental design flaws, and it often feels like Bethesda doesn't know why their fans love their games, but I still had a lot of fun with it. At times, I did feel like a real explorer. But it had the potential to be so much better...

I was very excited for the Shattered Space DLC. The new planet does look amazing and exploration is better because a lot of the locations are handcrafted instead of procedurally generated. But the entire DLC feels like it was cut content from the main game and repurposed into a separate DLC. It's a DLC about a major faction that gets constantly mentioned in the base game, yet there's essentially nothing with them.

There isn't a single notable or interesting character in the DLC. I don't remember any character. There was a lot of dialogue, but it was boring and uninteresting. There were some pretty good side quests that I enjoyed. And regarding the main story, I was excited to find out what happened. But the reason everything happened is so boring. The ending and the conclusion was boring and uneventful.

The thing that disappointed me the most is that I left the DLC without any new weapons or armor. There are no guaranteed unique items to be rewarded to you. It's all randomly generated. This was the same problem with the base game as well, where you would find a good set of armor, then you wouldn't find something better for 50 hours. I did not leave the DLC with any new abilities or bonuses. No new mechanics. Just sad.

I remember the Fallout 3 DLCs. No matter your character build, you were guaranteed to leave at the end of the DLC with at least SOMETHING that you could use.

Now that I am writing this review, it feels much more negative than when I played. I guess because I was in the ''honeymoon'' phase and I was just excited for the new content to play. But now it's had time to settle in. And it's unfortunately just not very good.

If Bethesda fucks up Elder Scrolls 6, it might be over for them.

Everything about Bethesda since Fallout 4 was a major disappointment.

Starfield is pure ass.
Imagine pushing out a dlc for that bland ass game

This makes me think of a game like Dustborn. I didn't get that feeling with Starfield.
:feelsseriously:

Never pologize for being a powerful fucking incel

I’m sure your homogenized, homoerotic “we won’t ever let you escape, you can’t ever kill a gay person, every leader is female, we have the the most bland, soulless, and safe story ever told, we hate you and we wish you were dead” piece of fictional entertainment is totally not one prolapsed anus away from being as troon-favored as Dustborn. Just how much more on the nose does it have to be for you people? :feelskek:

Even when you tell that Shattered Space is bad although you like the base Game means, that the new dlc might be really bad. Most reviews for this dlc are also bad.

Oh, yeah. The mugs... Forgot about those :feelsbadman:

Really? Do you pal around Starfield with your gay nigger friend?
No. I mostly played with Sarah and Andreja :feelsokman: Andreja was my wife :feelsokman:

One thing I learned with games is the DLC at most can only be slightly better then the base game. So if you want good DLC, get a good game.

They need to get serious and fire the SJW cocksucking fucking faggots and apologize to Jeremy Soule and hire him back to do the soundtrack and hire some ideologically normal developers to rip out the woke slop and bust their asses to make Elder Scrolls 6 something truly special to make up for both the wait as well the rest of their long list of fuckups otherwise they deserve to go out of business.

Yes. And a good DLC is supposed to enhance the base game.

A few months ago, I would have said we will NEVER get rid of the SJW feminist cancer slop because it's too entrenched.

But lately, the feminist DEI slop has started failing big time. Not just the video games (Concord, Dustborn, Assassin's Cree Shadows), but movies (The Marvels) and TV series (Star Wars The Acolyte) as well.

Their model is simply not sustainable. You can't keep antagonizing and alienating your fanbase while catering to a 0.1% minority who doesn't even play/watch your product. They can't keep burning money forever.

I watched some of those interviews on YouTube, and their main priority is always ''So, tell me, is this the gayest game/movie/show ever yet :soy::foidSoy:'' That's all they care about.

I am also a big Dragon Age fan. I liked Dragon Age 2 and Inquisition as well. Watching those Veilguard interviews, and the brain-dead feminist NPCs can only talk about the chest surgery scars in the character creator :feelsseriously: I was thinking about making a thread about Dragon Age Veilguard

Those motherfuckers are so dumb too.

If someone competent was leading these leftist cocksuckers they’d hire people to make what we actually want to see and play and then use our money to fund our destruction by pouring it into the Democratic Party, Antifa, BLM and any other degenerate nation wrecking Jewish causes.

It’s simply got to be childish juvenile spite at this point that’s motivating these dumb fuckers.

I guess they never learned the lesson from Michael Corleone:

“Never hate your enemy it effects your judgement.”

It's going to be the end of Bethesda, truly.

All their recent games were misses: Fallout 76, Starfield, Shattered Space.

Even Fallout 4 had a lot of criticism because they took away the RPG options from the dialogue system.

As a Dune fanboy would you recommend it?
Long live House Va'Ruun

Is 76 good now finally?

A lot of people said over time Bethesda’s updates have made it good to decent but is there any truth to that or is it just reddit fag types and astroturfers doing their shilling and pro corporate damage control bullshit as usual??

I would only recommend it if you liked the base game.

It's much better than launch. It has actual story content with NPCs. The map is great and exploring is satisfying. The settlement building has been improved from Fallout 4.

It is worth picking up for Fallout fans just for that story content. But once you are done with the meaty quests, it's back to grinding points for the scoreboard. The game was designed to waste your time becauses it is a live service game.

You have a fucking storage limit so when you reach it, exploring is pointless because you can't actually gain anything from it anymore. The main reason I liked exploring in Fallout 4 is to get junk items so I could improve my weapons and armor. In Fallout 76 you can't progress because of the storage limit. You have to throw away stuff and sacrifice it to make room for new items.

This is what made me mad about Fallout 76. They wanted a cashgrab instead of making Fallout 5. It should have been Fallout 5.

Definitely the case for the first dishonered game. Knife of dunwall and Brigmore Witches. Good ass experience more so then the base game. Daud is way more based then Chadvo Attano and proto slut Emily.
