When they say suicidal students, they mean men. Women will still get normal treatment. The justification will be that since women don't commit mass shootings, they are exempt from this policy.
Just more anti-male bias on college campuses. Whenever you see a law or rule go into effect that looks like it has a universal coverage, it typically only applies to men.

I was at the doctor's yesterday, and the doctor asked if I was sexually active. I really hesitated saying "no," worrying I may be setting myself up for some scrutiny (especially since I am already getting psychotherapy etc).
