I was doing military press and there was some mid Asian woman next to me also exercising. During resting time, I noticed she was struggling to put the weights back, so I went over and assisted her and put the weights back.
Before you call me a simp, I do this with anyone regardless of gender, I'm still the ultimate gentleman by nature and I don't let my inceldom compromise my sophistication.
She thanked me, and we spoke for a few minutes, I gave her advice on how she can progress in an easier manner, and she then asked me where I'm from, I said where I grew up, she asked what year I moved to my current location, and we spoke about our experiences travelling within the country, she also asked me my reason for moving to where I currently live. She was very nice. I began thinking I could use JBW. She even laughed at the two jokes I said. She'd never give me a chance, but I do believe I could have done better conversation wise
• I probably could have extended the conversation
• I didn't really ask much about herself
• didn't ask what her name was, didnt tell her mine either
Before you say "that wouldn't change anything" (besides height maybe) I am well aware, but it doesn't hurt to have better conversational skills. Because she is Asian and wasn't born here, she couldn't detect my severe autism. The fact I am white is probably why she did not call a swat team on me or scream for help.
While we spoke about the gym, she said "we could have been walking past each other for a while and not have known" I replied that I usually come here around 11 PM or 3 AM which she replied "why...?" In that moment, she was thinking "what a weird loser this guy is!" I'm sure of it. I did mention that I am often at the gym around 8pm too, which is when we were talking, but I still think she was weirded out.
Anyway, there is no way she would EVER find me attractive in a trillion years, but I did feel happy that a girl was being nice to me. Never again did she look in my direction though, so I assume she was trying to forget about me.
Maybe if I see her again I'll say hello, but I doubt we'll ever see each other again or even say hi.
