Newly surfaced Ring surveillance camera video posted on social media appears to show an unidentified man shooting a suspect in self-defense.
Timestamp on the video suggests the shooting took place on September 26 at around 12:45pm, although no official report or statement on the incident have been released at this time.
The location of the crime remains unknown and no further details have been released.
The motive behind the incident is unknown although the video suggest a suspect followed another man to the front door of a residential area, with the looks of what appears to be an attempted robbery.
As the suspect wearing a white t-shirt pulls out a gun on the man in a black hoodie, the victim pulls out a gun of his own and fires at the suspect — who subsequently falls to the ground, visibly injured by the gunfire.
Details on the extent of his injuries have also yet to be released at the time of this report.
