Me:

- retruded lower third (seeking surgery), recessed chin, downward grown jaw with no ramus
- close-set eyes, retard-tier IPD, long philtrum
- long midface
- Got laughed at by women IRL for just existing
- rejections
- but NW4-diffuse and well over a decade younger than him. Go me!!!!

Note, he getting married to a woman from one of the third world countries who have members here. I think they're in love although him being from the first world def helps. But anyway, this gives my aunt and mum hope that I will one day get a gf.

People are a lot more optimistic than they let on. I have actually RESIGNED myself to a MSTOW life. In fact, anything outside that would disrupt my plans. I have kind of PLANNED for living alone and cheaper, retiring alone, dying alone. That's now the PLAN. My instinct when seeing a woman coming the opposite way along the street is to cross over. I just see them as having made their decision about me, which I understand and respect -- I am ugly after all -- so I don't ruin their day by being near them if I can help it.

I've even gotten used to the idea of not having children. I don't want them anymore. I accept my fate. Would I like a gf? Yes? But I can accept how things are. I am a man so I would need to be a 5+ to reproduce. Oh well. Who gaf.

I spoke to an orthodontist. He will give me braces for 2 years (i am 19) then he gave me an ultimatum: gum surgery or lefort 1 impaction. I have a long midface, idk about gonial angle but it doesnt protrude as my jawline, no angle in my submental area, NCT, ptosis, sclera show, dorsal hump, bulbous nose.

I dont look forward to multiple surgeries for individual deformities

If you spend 3k USD on a HT in turkey it WILL very likely end up shit.
Don't bother with turkey unless you're going to one of the top surgeons there (there's quite a few) but when you factor in the cost of flying there/staying there it only comes out as about 1.5K GBP less than the UK...
Better to just get it done here, and if needs be you can always go back to them.

If you're a Diffuse thinner you're a better candidate for getting SMP until you've thinned further, this will give the appearance of more fullness..
I'd look into that tbh.

Not at ALL sure why they'd refuse you for being a diffuse thinner unless you're also thinning in the donor area (back of the head)
