Stopped following SOD for a number of reasons. I dislike their site UI - other JAV studios have adopted the more modern, clean UI that is easier to navigate.

There are also too many studios under the SOD umbrella. You have SOD create and star (labels STARS and SDDE), but then you also have other studios like Faleno, Cyber Rasputin, Natural High - plus countless others - that have their videos on SOD's website. It is too distracting and cheapens the experience. Feels more like a vendor than an exclusive website for SOD products.
SOD's pixelation is a little stronger than other studios, which is reflected in other studios under the SOD umbrella. For such a gigantic company, it looks cheap and is too distracting. Other studios like Moodyz, Madonna, Idea Pocket, S1 all use thinner mosaics.
There are barely any videos from SOD that I like enough to warrant following them. For reference, I have 35 videos from Madonna and 11 from Moodyz - for SOD I had 2, both from the same actress (MINAMO). I used to like SOD a lot for their wacky themes, but my tastes seem to have developed - I look at JAV more as an artform, something which Madonna caters to. Moodyz fulfils my more generic porn desires.
Those are the main reasons why I unfollowed SOD. Also, their release schedule is odd. Other studios release trailers on Tuesdays and Thursdays for videos that come out 3-4 weeks after. SOD doesn't follow such a schedule, instead opting for a more confusing style of releasing videos in secret, and then releasing trailers a week after. Not a nice experience.
