Born in a nice wealthy, first world country... but your parents are from some third world shithole? Think you'll reach your genetic potential now? WRONG.

Sure, you can afford to eat more proteins and take a multivitamin, but epigenetics means you very likely won't grow to 6ft if your parents are 5'0 and 5'5, even if their genetic code has them at 5'7, 6'1...

Just look at the Dutch for example. They took a few generations to go from the shortest to tallest in Europe, despite nutrition not improving much in the past 70 years. It took time and multiple generations to undo the damage.

This bit is unsubstantiated - but I think this very likely also applies to bone structure / frame, naturally follows imo.

epigenetics are a thing.
I believe those who are prone to baldness will go bald faster if they have a shit diet(most people do have shit diets).
also once balding starts, the damage is already done tbh, dont expect diet to fix your hair.
