I honestly envy you for being able to play a guitar.
I very rarely practice with my harmonica.
I used to play on a xylophone when I was young.
Knew several pieces.
Been in a music work group at school with my male cousin.
We played well, learned fast.
We even had a performance on christmas and it all worked perfectly.
I was super anxious due to bullying, but prevailed.
During our performance my classmates tried to make me and my cousin fail by caling us out and insulting us and laughing when we had to play our pieces.
It did not work.
But later on, their older friebdds, who were also in that work group, bullied us out of the work group eventually.
We quit it because they would beat us up after each lesson for no reason at all.
We were just there because we loved music.
They will one day pay for this.

Based for giving it your all despite what they were doing. Sometimes that's all we can do.
You should totally pick up the guitar buddy boyo, it's a good cope.
It takes a little time to learn, but maybe getting out some of that anger and sadness would be good for you?
If not you can practice more with the harmonica. That instrument has a beautiful sound to it.

I think of the countryside immediately. Probsbly due to tv conditioning, but it is a soothing sound.
As for the guitar, I had wanted to start with an acoustic and then switch to an e-guitar after getting some practice.

I love the acoustic. Start off with learning D, A, And Emajor first. Then you can learn C and g, and their minor versions.
Power chords are one of the best things as well because it's just one hand shape you can use throughout the whole guitar neck.
I used Justin Guitar starting off, and I learned a lot from him.
