Someone show me the difference between high tier normie and chad lite.

I’ve never been able to differentiate the difference. Show me pics please. Go into detail why one is high tier normie and other is chad lite.

Personally I never cared to figure out as it doesn't matter.
I just go by "Chad" and "Not Chad".

You couldn't even get a consistent answer about the difference between a Chad and a normie. 25% of the people would be like "That's not a normie, that's an incel!" Another 25% would be like "That's not a Chad, that's a normie!" And another 25% would be like "The normie mogs me." And the final 25% would be like "Which one's the normie?"

And yet people insist our criteria are objective.

I think the combination of traits is important and it's easier when you compare someone. Judging by my classmates in high school, I'd say for example a tall and athletic guy with bad but not absolutely incel-tier features might be an htm, or a smaller guy with better jaw, blue eyes, better hair etc might be chadlite or maybe I have no idea.
Also

Just something you can tell by looking at someone and their behaviour.

In HS you could tell who is who not only by their looks, but how they behave with girls and other guys in general
