Creepshotting is not and will never be illegal taking pictures of your surroundings is not illegal taking pics of people is not illegal
There is no law against photographing ANYONE viewable from a public place unless they have a reasonable expectation of privacy. I.e in thier own home.

2. The key words in the offence for voyuerism are sexual gratification. Unless the photographer is gratifying himself in public it can't be voyuerism.
