RageFuel Some girl told me it's way worse for a woman than a man to be bald

So I had a conversation with a woman about donating hair for the purpose of making wigs for female cancer patients. I told her I have no compasionate feeling for the bald females because many men suffer from hair loss and have to go bald (in Greece its over 50% of the male population) but the society doesn't treat them the same way. I know cancer sucks and I don't wish anyone to go through it but I was only reffering to being bald. Long story short I got called a sexist for having these opinions.
What do you think? From my prespective women have it easier because if a woman is bald nobody will dare to judge her and everyone will admire her for what she gone through. But if it's a man that goes bald at an early age, his dating life is ruined and he is generally considered very unattractive no matter how good he looked when he had hair (I know there are some exceptions but that has to be 0.1%) An example:

Okay this one I have to side with the females. It´s WAY worse for girls to go bald. Bald men can still be seen as masculine e.g. bodybuilders. A lot of femininity is in the hair of girls. Which is also why a lot of girls look less attractive when they cut their hair short.

Being attractive excuses a lot of the judgement you get, but that goes for both genders. Even then I'd say a 10/10 woman losing hair whether it be by her choice or otherwise suffers more than some god tier shredded chad in the judgement department. Going bald and hair loss in general is such a common and storied topic with men it's expected to happen to pretty much everyone. I'm a sideshow freakcel and it's not like losing my hair was anything more than shoveling a little pile of dirt on the closed coffin. If I was a woman as ugly as I am now losing my hair would be the final nail. Stop the cope. Perfect hair wouldn't make you a chad.
