Aight boyos here is some advice for ya if you feel like shit in the morning and need your daily rush to continue throughout the day.First thing in the morning before you go to the gym(if you plan that is) is to take a hot shower so it gets ya all nice and relaxed and then slowly decrease the temperature so your body gets prepared for the cold shower. And then hit to cold and take a cold shower 2 to 3 minutes should be enough to get you hyped up. This hot-cold switch makes the cold showers more bearable. Then make your self some coffee or green tea in one cup and in another cup squezee out a lemon. But before you drink the lemonade and the coffee . Eat one slice of bread or some fruit so you don't agitate your stomach. The combination of a cold shower+lemon+caffeine is like a drug and gets you high and feeling refreshed like a motherfcker.
