It’s frustrating how society expects us to hide our emotions and act like everything is fine when it’s not. We’re constantly told to "stay strong" or "keep it together," as if showing vulnerability is a weakness. The pressure to constantly bottle up everything we’re feeling is damaging—it leads to anxiety, stress, and even physical health issues. Why does society think it's okay to act like we're fine when we're not? Why are we expected to ignore our feelings just to fit some unrealistic standard?
