It’s frustrating how society expects us to hide our emotions and act like everything is fine when it’s not. We’re constantly told to "stay strong" or "keep it together," as if showing vulnerability is a weakness. The pressure to constantly bottle up everything we’re feeling is damaging—it leads to anxiety, stress, and even physical health issues. Why does society think it's okay to act like we're fine when we're not? Why are we expected to ignore our feelings just to fit some unrealistic standard?

it will backfire, just wait

You should hide it as long as you plan on a coping life, you will be punished otherwise. Bottle up their torture and release it a thousand fold

I have seen foids argue that not all men are fit to breed and we should just accept getting no pussy, they simply expect us to wageslave and go back to an empty 1 room apartment and lay in a coffin until it's time to wageslave again.

I think it's normal to value being emotionally strong because the world is naturally brutal and you really need to be strong to survive but the issue is that society has a culture of toxic positivity where any bad feeling has to be quarantined even if it makes sense

they expect the individual to sacrifice for the collective welfare.
if you are ugly or weak, it is better for them to keep your mouth shut, genetic determinism is very important for society, those with traits of weakness should be purged from the gene pool.

Men are not allowed to complain. They all bitch against patriarchy and toxic masculinity and theyre the one pushing it. They all know that if men start acting like foids, everything will go to shit in short time.

Sure, you can bottle up your emotions, but we all have limits. And God likes to pick the mentally ill when he plays his little games.

I will bottle it up until I can't anymore :feelsLSD:

kinda like shaking a bottle until it suddenly explodes.

Because they don't care about our feelings. All of their empathy is reserved for chads and foids.
