It’s inevitable that the immigration pipeline will have a threshold capacity when low IQ countries continue to breed several times above replacement level. It’s not exactly clear where that threshold is, but I’m pretty certain it will become very clear once that threshold capacity is reached. And if that threshold is to ever be reached, which it eventually will be, the only way to control the immigration pipeline from that point onwards will be through use of radical, inhumane methods like you said (mass sterilization, genocide, trial-by-deletion etc.)
