Right now, even as male anger towards women rises, most men are still cucked as they constantly put women on pedestals and crave for the affections and acceptance of females. As a result of men's subservience, women continue to maintain their dominance and goddess status in society, which is fueling the collapse of every societal institution from family unit, to education, to job environment/job market, law enforcement, government, and entertainment.

This collapse and disintegration will continue until women are displaced from their thrones, and that can only happen when the male slaves that support women (directly/indirectly) stop providing this support. Women's SMV will plummet only when men learn to live with the unhappiness that comes from their lack of romantic fulfillment, and abandon women. Too many men still fruitlessly try to appeal to women who will never accept them, respect them, love them and value their lives.

Men abandoning women is a long way off though. Chad has no reason to abandon women, normies and lower tier men abandoned women is something women see as a favor in the grand scheme of things.

You need to restrict social media, stop allowing laws that allow women to exercise a dual mating strategy (ie mandatory paternity testing, the real biological father of the child will always pay child support no questions asked)
and remove the requirement that single males have to protect women and children not related to them in the event of a military draft.
