Social Butterfly Chad is INFURIATING ME at work

In the new service I moved , there's also this Chad ( you'd say he's a chadlite but wtv ) who is new. He already made more friend in 2 days that I have ever had at all my jobs. The piece of shit is just going from a group to another, the (female) manager already love him and they chit chat even though they know each other since 3 days. 

LIke at some point he litterally invaded a group's space , cut them and said " whatcha guys talkin about ? " If I WOULD DO THAT, i'd get an answer like " eeeeeh something private ? ".

Can you learn me how to be a social butterfly ?
