SuicideFuel Social Anxiety is so bad for me I have 7 unread messages on this forum.

I'm assuming these messages have been there a long time.

When foids have anxiety it means they don't have ENOUGH messages that day.

I do this with emails and texts too - my anxiety is so bad I won't open my texts or emails for days.

I have this problem as well. Gotten more comfortable in certain situations though. Only solution is to learn the appropriate behaviour for each social situation.

I know the feeling all too well. Sometimes I'll wait hours to read someones message and or respond out of fear

I have the opposite problem. I'm always checking my phone to see if someone messages me then get sad if I don't get any, which is almost always.

I only get nervous when I see Serge has quoted one of my posts. It's happened a couple of times now, but thankfully on both occasions it wasn't any type of warning.
