It's over for me no matter what, but I want to at least feel better about myself. I’m around 179-180 cm and 60 kg, and it sucks getting wristmogged by everyone, even foids. But is gymcelling the only solution? I feel too insecure to to the gym being this skinny, especially seeing foids in gyms. I do have a pull-up bar at home, can home workouts actually help me bulk up and stop being a wristcel?
