I use to think about going to see a therapist because of the vast majority of the world being against what I believe. I even asked God in my prayers before, but unfortunately it's still a storm that he is challenging me with as I have not positively identified an avenue of approach to resolve my defeated heart against inceldom.
However, I come to the conclusion that therapy is insanely cucked if you think about it. Analyzing it, you're literally paying some far leftist feminist normie or chad (it's never a toilet) to literally tell you that your beliefs are wrong and to do all this cringe shiet to gaslight yourself into believing massively bluepilled logic. That is so fucking cuckoldry. Why pay a sexhaver who uses your money to wine and dine and go to town with stacy or becky toilets to tell you stuff you can look up online and doesn't make you feel better in the slightest way.
YOU WORKED HARD for your money, as did I. Don't waste it on the normie to fund the success of their life to gaslight and confuse you even more telling you what you analyzed is wrong.

Summations
- 41% of patients respond to psychotherapy for depression, compared with 17% in usual care.
- About one third of patients remit in therapies, compared with 9%–17% in control conditions.
- Most patients do not respond or remit after therapy, and more effective treatments are clearly needed.
The effects of psychotherapies for depression on response, remission, reliable change, and deterioration: A meta‐analysis - PMC
Meta‐analyses of psychotherapies usually report effects sizes, while clinicians and patients need to know the proportion of patients who benefit from therapy. We conducted a meta‐analysis of therapies for depression reporting the rates of response ...
