Same. My insomnia and lack of sleep is slowly killing me. I also have a preexisting heart condition called left ventricular non-compaction which predisposes me to heart issues. I’ll be making it to the grave by 40 with a heart attack from these things combined with eating 4,000+ calories of junk food a day
