I dunno why.
My matress was old and i had back pains sleeping on it because it was not even, some parts were sunken in. I threw out my bed and matress and sleep on the floor since 3 months.
Since that time my height has increased and I am already a wizard meaning i am long past my youthful growth phase. So the height is not through growth. It was posture
