Slavs got one great power empire right now, competing for global dominance.
The countries currently competing for global dominance are USA and China, both of which mog the rest of the world so hard that there's basically no question of anyone else joining in the contest anytime soon, apart from maybe the EU if it got its act together, and India if it goes through 20-30 years of good growth.
I highly doubt whether Russia can even be called a great power in any sense at this point. Just having nukes doesn't automatically give you any real weight on the international scene, as Pakistan and North Korea prove. Even before the war, Russia was only taken seriously in the military sphere, with there never being any question of it being anything else than a minnow economically, artistically and scientifically, even in theory. Then, the war came, they showed to the entire world how weak they really are, and now not even the countries bordering them, like Azerbaijan, Armenia, or Kazakhstan, really care about or are scared of them, making them at best a regional power that's heavily struggling to assert its power in its region.

Just one sentence and I already have multiple questions to ask

What trends are we talking about, why would anybody be swayed considering that the only real way Russia has promoted pan-Slavic unity so far was making almost every other Slavic country unite against them, and why would those countries just let their cultural identity be subsumed like that when a lot of them have fought to preserve it over centuries?

On a more serious note, it's more so a quality vs quantity thing. Slavs are one of the two big geographical groups, along with SEAs, that have much more women outmarrying with foreigners and dating out. It's not common per se, but it's still something you can't compensate for and it inevitably increases the amount of incels in a country,
but, when they do get laid, it's almost always with white women. Curries don't have that and actually marry and date out more than their women by most data, so they don't really lose women to outsiders and when sex and relationships between whites and curries happen, it's more likely to be between a curry man and a white woman than vice versa, but likewise, interracial and international relationships like that are very uncommon for them, so, especially if you were the type who would highly prefer white women to nonwhite ones, choosing to be the former if you could would make a lot of sense.
