Everyone practiced slavery. It's only in the last 150 or so years that slavery has been considered "wrong". But slavery is based. If I was king, I would have slaves that I would buy and sell. All of the noblemen would have slaves. The purchase and sell of slaves would be a staple of my kingdom. I would have white teen girls smuggled to me to be my concubines. Slavery would never be abolished.
