*Scrolls allowed
*Hood is a requisite. No helmet/hat/crown/ or empty
*Silver Tongue/Snake Tongue sum shit like that
*No alchemy. That's woodcel/bretoncel territory
*No thu'um
*Conjuration maxed
*Lockpicking since there's no spell
*Lvl up Illusion separately and get silenced spells or sum shit like that. After that stop using illusion or not it kinda fits well with the theme.
*Sneak only to sneak conjure with the spell above
*Spellbreaker
*Daedric staff with rose on top

Combat system in Skyrim sucks ball, definitely not a two handed sword build.
Full mage sucks, always retreating and spamming fireballs.
One handed sword + magic + stealth abilities is very interesting.

Bad idea of OH and Magic since you can't block. And leveling up two dam will only make two mediocre DP, or a compromised defense/armor.

Lol no. Had an altmer with only magicka and some health built. No stam, and one of my most OP characters. No need for armor since spammed fireballs killed everyone before enemies could reach him. Maybe a strict alteration mage kek

I think, from these suggestions, I will go a vampire mage one-handed run, focusing on conjuration, restoration, alchemy, enchanting, and maybe smithing. This oughta be something.

In Oblivion my preferred playthrough was archery + alchemy + illusion

Sneak into some place, turn a few guys crazy, once they are done fighting between themselves finish them off with poisoned arrows.
