I am 6' 2'' 65 kg or 143.3 lb which is actually pretty cool because according to the MBI calculator I am on the top range of underweight so I'll be able to be officially normal weight soon.
I try to eat a lot but I fucking can't. How do you do that? I have no more space in my stomach I feel I'll throw up if I eat some more. But according to my calculations, I still don't eat enough. I try to eat a lot of protein, veggies, fruits, and fats and I usually have no space for the rest of the carbs. I actually like sweets but I can't eat them when I'm trying to get weight because I eat so much protein that I can't eat anything else. It looks like I am on low carb diet to be honest.
Do you have any suggestion on how to gain weight? I try to workout at least 2 times a week but I sometimes fall into sloth mode.
