I have to really laugh at you singularity/technology copers . I’ll know because I used to be one. AI is overhyped most AI do repetitive tasks that is not complex, the difference is they can do tasks repeatedly and multiple at the same time that’s it. AI get intelligent and efficiency mog by ants no I’m not kidding I’m being serious.
Ants are more energy efficient than AI not only that but relative for its brain size can do task that AI could only dream of and if it did it uses a ton of energy and has to go through a lot of complex hoops just to do it. Not only that but I have to laugh at the nanotechnology cope as well.
Let’s forget nano size robots and focus on micro size bots. Make a robot the size of an ant, not only that but have the robot have the same intelligence as ant and also the same energy efficiency. We don’t have any of that at the moment so don’t even start speaking about nano technology. What we have is primitive and gets mogged by an ant. We have mostly mastered big size machinery but that’s much more easier than micro/nano machinery.
This all coming from someone passionate about technology/engineering but I’m not overhyping it anymore.
