I dont know why but I've been watching media from the 1920s & 1930s. It's weird because these were incredibly simpy times. Everyone seems so earnest and simple. And there was this mystique that women were wholesome, loyal, and lovely prizes worth fighting wars over.
Women in media back then actually seemed charming, talented, and had actual personalities. Although a flash of ankle was sexy, things didn't get out of control back then. I mean yes, they had to be pretty in the face. But because you couldn't just flash your tits back then, women had to sing, act, dance, be funny and charming. And that's just in showbiz. Women were simply more inclined to be endearing in a wholesome way, because they weren't taken seriously in the workforce at all. And because it seemed like women upheld that value of not being a whore better back then (or at least was better able to hide it), men in turn seemed even more chivalrous.
Men really went out of their way to be chivalrous because it was actually cool, not just to femoids, but even among men, it almost seemed like at the time you wanted to be the biggest simp in the room to have the most respect among your peers. ITS WILD. There used to be a correlation between simping and masculinity in the popular imagination at the times.

I forgot how common tropes were back then to have hoardes of incels (much like Snow white) be completely chivalrous when a female enters the room, they are all polite and take their hats off, and all do their best to entertain the bitch and make her feel comfortable. There's a lot of suitor jockeying, there wasn't a strong grasp of sexual harassment, or leagues back then, there was no clear grasp on what is "rizz" or "game" so every ugly or handsome Tom, Dick, and Harry simped in very conventional ways to win the hand of a wholesome female- whether that be "saving" them, or tap dancing better than the other guy, or bringing roses, and rolling out the red carpet.
What's weird is like I just dont see how modern females can look at their lifestyles now, and honestly say to themselves that gender dynamics are better. Yes, you had less opportunities then, BUT YOU DIDNT NEED OPPORTUNITIES-- you have dudes pulling out chairs, making you feel at home, men back then were capable of providing females with a lifestyle simply for being a somewhat charming woman. But now that's just very rare for the average bitch. Most men, even married ones, are just jaded, disillusioned, cynical, cowardly, like overly cautious children in dealing with the opposite sex. They are operating from a risk mitigation mindset. I don't think we will have a real world war III anytime soon, simply because men are too aware that the pussy out there isn't worth it anymore.
Even though male chivalry is MUCH MUCH less now, I suppose women gladly pay that price of having less chivalry--and I'm not sure why. If I had a vagina, I'd love to have an army of simps at my beck and call. It's just something I can never understand. I get the gist that women have an extreme need for safety, and have such a high disgust for low value male attention that superflous chivalry is worthless. Yea throughout history a main reason men would go to war is over pussy and promises of wives but nowadays it seems more men are waking up to the reality that dying for the chance of getting a foid isn't even close to worth it
