Rhino is cheap af. It’s not like affording Limb Lengthening surgery or Orbital decompression but what’s the point of doing only one or two surgeries if they won’t ascend you anyway ?

I’ll have to spend around $ 350k + to become a LTN, which is still below average.

Yep. Usually good surgery consultants will tell you the same as well. I have an orthognathic profile without any clear signs of recession apart from my maxilla slightly, so I'd be a good candidate
