The logic is as follows:
Bretty is a user who deals with what I understand is severe autism. He achieved a one-time fetishistic experience with a 39 year old woman with cerebral palsy, who asked him to walk ahead on the streets so as to not be seen with him, who later blocked him, and with whom bretty did not have what most people would call sex, but a footjob, rub, or something along those lines.
Moreover, this was all shared in a non-public discord server and the messages were leaked, this was not posted on the forum. We can consider this as information that was brought to our attention, but not as a case of bragging.
Consider that many neurotypical users gladly post on the forum about their escort experiences (which we do not warn since the community voted that they are allowed, remember that), but then if a severely autistic user says (not on the forum) that an almost 40 year old woman with cerebral palsy wanted a purely sexual one-time fetish experience with him - clearly not a romantic one from what I understand - then he is considered a fakecel that needs to be banned.
Point is, to ban a mentally ill user who spends so much time in incel forums, who achieved such a niche and short-lived experience, with such an unusual character who most users here would not touch ever in their lives, would be a disservice to the community. Should we then also ban the users who would reject this woman? Worse than Bretty, they would not really be involuntary celibates since they deny her, no? - Devil's advocate of course, meant to show perspective.
No doubt there will be controversy. I appreciate (thought out) counterarguments if anyone has any.
I'm considering now that a warning, though not permaban, could very well be justified, but I'd like to hear opinions.
