I mean either way it sounds annoying asf, but if it's been 4 months and he only did it sometimes I think he deserves an unban since he might have learned his lesson. if it was daily, it would sound like an unhealthy obsession he might not let go off so easily

did he post it all in inceldom? cus it feels like it should belong in the sewers if he posts it multiple times a day, even if the topic belongs in inceldom I would probably find it super annoying if all I saw was that every single day scrolling through threads.

I don't remember clearly tbh, I think it was on inceldom, lounge and sewers but not 100% sure.

He got banned bc it was annoying, but like you said earlier it's been quite a long time now.

I personally vote for an unban as a last chance, and if he doesn't cut down on it at least a little, he might deserve to stay banned since he needs to respect that others in the community and the mods find it annoying if its excessive
