Should i up my Astaxanthin dosage? (Pic)

Been only using 6 mg quality Astaxanthin for 2 months now and went from pale ghost to reddish.

Should i up my dosage to 12mg and increase redness?

I used 12mg of that shit for a while. Didn't notice any change in my skin color.

Beta-Carotene at 50k IU gave me a very slight difference in coloring.

I usually supplement the 6mg with Astaxanthin from natural sources, i remember seeing some post on Lookism that the supplements alone are worthless but combined they are legit.

Yeah, i take 200g of carrots daily but i'm not sure combining red with orange will yield a nice tan?
I already smoke a pack a day and i'm an oldcel so i really dgaf about lung cancer.
