The only gymcelling worth it is strength cause you're gonna look like shit without steroids anywaystrength only pretty much.
I dont waste my time with isolation trash like curls etc. unless it has some form of carryover/benefit for the big 3 (squat,bench,deadlift)

Same I have done this shit for years. But gains disapper quickly in like a week. The fucking cuck governor closed gyms in my state and I have no home gym. This shit isnt worht doing anymore.
