I was always pretty shit at cardio and long runs but pretty good at spirinting due to my calves being genetically big in proportion to my skinny body.
I just want to take something I am good at and try to master it and become better than everyone else in that specific thing, do you think I can and should gymcel and train to be like tyone bolt?
