It's up to you. I haven't had a shaved head since I was 14 (I'm 24 now), but my hair has gradually been getting thinner and thinner on top over the years, so I'll probably end up shaving it all off sometime in the future. I don't want to be one of those guys who are completely bald on top, but have a ponytail at the back.
