I went to this guy for penile numbness for excessive masturbation a year ago and he told me it would get better if i let it heal for the next 6 months.Although I didn't quit , it eventually did heal and i got better.

But now recently during a masturbation session, i think i injured my penis and it doesn't get as hard as before, my morning wood also isnt hard and i can't get hard with visual stiumulation only manual.It's been a week and hasn't improved much,so i'm guessing this might be a real medical problem.

The problem started at the exact moment i was fapping on that particular day.I felt a sudden pain on the side of my groin but i ignored the pain and continued on and than i tried to masturbate like 10 minutes later and i realized i couldn't get it up.I'm not sure what this could be .I'm afraid this might be a venous leak since i see similar symptoms of that issue like unable to keep erect without constantly stimulating it and after i let it go the penis goes soft in like 10 seconds. Is it even possible to get a venous leak from trauma during masturbation? Am i just freaking myself out man? Im overweight, haven't been diagnosed with diabetes or hypertension but a couple days ago when i got up to do my buisness in the middle of the night, i felt lightheaded and dizzy to the point i had to sit down.This might have to do something with blood pressure problems but i've had this same scenario happen multiple times in the past and was never diagnosed with hypertension after doing blood tests.I probably have to check again since it's been a while since my last doctor visit.In regards to stroking hard during masturbation, I think i've always done this even unintentionally .I know it can cause nerve damage problems since thats the reason I went to the urologist a year prior.I also never used any lotion or lube and just did it dry for most of my life which i hear is pretty bad.

Also i think the reason my recent issue first started is that i was stroking it hard even while i was flaccid which i heard is a big no-no.I felt immediate pain on the side of my groin after that, the sensation was like a vein was being pulled or something.It's some scary shit , i'm never fapping again if i recover from this.
